IT Systems Analyst

System Support & Maintenance • Provide Tier 1 - 3 functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management,) • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including data discrepancies, interface failures, and user access problems. Business Analysis & Process Improvement • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for new features or system changes. • Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for developers or configuration changes. • Identify opportunities to automate manual financial processes to increase efficiency and reduce human error. Implementation & Configuration • Assist in the configuration and testing of new Oracle EBS modules or patches. • Lead or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), developing comprehensive test scripts and managing the defect remediation process. • Support the integration of Oracle EBS with third-party financial tools, banking interfaces, or internal proprietary systems. Documentation & Training • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including system configuration guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical design documents. • Create user manuals and deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure high adoption of system features and best practices. @@HD@@  Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)@@/HD@@   • 3+ years of proven experience in a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role, specifically supporting Oracle E-Business Suite • Deep understanding of core financial processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report). • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance module configuration. • Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL for data querying and troubleshooting. • Understanding of ETL processes and data integration between Oracle and external systems.
