About the role
The Greater Los Angeles VA Health Care System is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the Lead Medical Support Assistant at the West Los Angeles Outpatient Clinic. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to effectively identify and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. In addition, candidates should be proficient in the use of computer programs and possess experience in appointment scheduling.
