Supervisory Social Worker - Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH)

The PCBH Deputy Program Manager serves as the professional leader of three designated clinic locations and reports to the PCBH Program Manager. PCBH is co-located with the Primary Care medical teams, with an emphasis on integration of mental health services within primary care. Incumbents work closely and collaboratively with primary care medical teams within their designated clinic locations. You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this job.
