• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP). • Experience with timekeeping systems like Kronos is a plus. • Knowledge of transformer manufacturing or coil winding is a bonus.
