In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways

Deliver high-impact technical training
that improves technician efficiency, repair accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction

Translate complex Cummins products
, systems, and policies into clear, practical learning experiences for technicians and service personnel
•
Continuously enhance training effectiveness
by evaluating participant feedback and linking outcomes to field performance improvements
•
Maintain accurate training records
and capability reporting to inform leadership decisions and workforce readiness strategies
•
Keep training programs current and scalable
through train-the-trainer engagement and regular updates to materials and content
•
Drive continuous improvement
by customizing training solutions and actively supporting initiatives that elevate service quality and operational performance

Education, Licenses, Certifications
• College, university or equivalent technical experience required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience required, including experience in service.
Additional Skills
• Extensive Cummins product knowledge required. Role is mostly HMLD products, CNG, and expanded services.
• Must be comfortable presenting presentations and hands on activities to various audiences such as dealer, distributor techs, and customers.
• Must be able to provide adaptable learning styles.
• Self-motivated, but team oriented.
