: Lead and coordinate operational activities for the Cell Therapy Discovery team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and broader organizational priorities. •

: Act as the primary point of contact for operational coordination with

, Facilities, and other support functions. •

: Partner closely with Finance leadership to support annual budget planning, forecasting, expense tracking, and resource allocation. Monitor spend against plan and identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions. •

: Collaborate with HR and leadership on headcount planning, hiring coordination, onboarding, organizational changes, talent processes, and other people-related operations. •

: Support procurement planning, purchasing processes, contract coordination, and vendor engagement in partnership with Procurement and relevant stakeholders. •

: Work with Engineering, IT, and Facilities teams to support laboratory and office infrastructure planning, equipment-related coordination, space planning, and operational readiness. •

: Support leadership in business planning activities, operational reviews, meeting cadence, governance processes, and preparation of materials for leadership discussions. •

: Identify and implement improvements to operational processes, ways of working, and cross-functional interfaces to increase efficiency and effectiveness. •

: Drive clear and effective communication across the team and with partner functions to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely execution of priorities. •
