The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclu sive of all   product , technology,   discovery   and design work.      As Senior Product Manager, Strategic Portfolio Management, you will lead the strategy and roadmap for enterprise tools that enable teams to translate strategy into outcomes. This role focuses on providing Target teams with the right solutions—including Smartsheet, Jira, various Microsoft capabilities, and other emerging tools—to capture demand, evaluate and prioritize work, sequence it into executable plans, govern delivery, and continuously adjust based on value, risk, and constraints.     You will define and implement a comprehensive tooling strategy that balances team autonomy with enterprise governance,   establishing   clear guidance on which tools to use for specific use cases, ensuring easy access processes, and   maintaining   alignment between tool usage and approved purposes.     Working with cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Compliance, HR, and business units, you will drive adoption of governed Strategic Portfolio Management solutions while ensuring tools integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems for proper ownership and lifecycle management. This highly visible role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution to deliver world-class experiences that enhance productivity and operational efficiency across the enterprise.     As a   Senior Product Manager,   you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business   objectives   (OKRs) for your respective product .    You will need to   leverage   the knowledge of your product, as well as customer   feedback   and   establish   other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product.   You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data   scientists   and business partners to deliver a product.     You will be the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met, and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market,   maintain   a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.      You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and   high standards   of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.      Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. About you

• Four - year degree   or equivalent experience • 6 + years of product management experience   • Product Management experience   with Strategic Portfolio Management solutions such as Smartsheet, Jira,   Dotwork , Adobe   WorkFront , Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms , Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms preferred.   • Strong ability to bridge business and technology domains through clear, collaborative communication that translates technical concepts for non-technical audiences and business requirements for engineering teams. Experience with governance frameworks, tool procurement and evaluation, or compliance initiatives in enterprise technology environments highly valued.   • Experience with technology and ability to   facilitate   communication between business and technology teams    • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. ,   user stories, iterative development,   scrum teams, sprints, personas )   • Ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners   • Strong communication   skills   This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
