What’s the role

As the Mobility Marketing Manager (B2C) for Shell Mobility Poland, you will lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy that drives market share growth, strengthens brand equity, and delivers customer value across fuels, EV charging, Shell Café, and digital channels. Accountable for key marketing KPIs including transactions, penetration, active customers, and digital engagement, you will design and deliver customer lifecycle, loyalty, and personalization strategies that increase retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value. Leveraging customer insights, segmentation, and data-driven marketing, you will optimize customer journeys, accelerate adoption of digital products and services, and deliver targeted campaigns that drive sustainable growth and profitability across both B2C and B2B segments. As part of Shell Mobility Poland's transformation into a multi-energy, customer-centric business, you will lead an integrated marketing agenda across consumer and business audiences, ensuring consistent brand positioning and commercial impact. Success in this role requires resilience, a growth mindset, and a passion for shaping compelling mobility customer value propositions in a highly competitive market.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the Mobility Marketing strategy for Poland, translating global and cluster priorities into impactful local execution. • Develop and deliver differentiated marketing strategies that drive growth across fuels, EV charging, Shell Café, and Shell Card. • Own the planning, allocation, and management of SP&A and C2 loyalty budgets to maximize commercial return. • Build brand equity and customer preference through integrated marketing, loyalty, and customer lifecycle initiatives. • Drive demand generation, retention, and churn management strategies across both B2C and B2B customer segments. • Deliver key business outcomes, including growth in transactions, penetration, active customers, customer lifetime value, and digital engagement. • Generate actionable customer, market, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. • Integrate EV offerings into marketing strategies, customer journeys, and value propositions to support the energy transition. • Develop retail media, strategic partnerships, and new revenue-generating opportunities to create additional customer value. • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Network, NFR, and global teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives. • Manage and optimize relationships with external agencies and strategic partners. • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, brand governance, and data privacy requirements. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of eight marketing professionals, fostering a high-performing and customer-centric culture. • Utilize Hive9 to drive marketing planning, resource allocation, budget management, and performance tracking. • Own end-to-end contract management, including contract creation, execution, governance, and performance monitoring to maximize value and mitigate risk.

What you bring

• Extensive marketing and commercial experience, with a strong focus on consumer (B2C) marketing and a solid understanding of customer-centric growth strategies. • Proven track record in brand building, demand generation, and delivering business growth. • Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. • Expertise in loyalty, CRM, digital marketing, and customer lifecycle management. • Strong experience leveraging data-driven personalization strategies to increase customer retention, engagement, and long-term profitability across B2C and B2B segments. • Experience developing retail media and partnership monetization opportunities, including leveraging owned retail assets, strategic partnerships, OEM relationships, and industry associations to generate incremental revenue and customer value. • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action. • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Fluent in Polish and English. • Willingness to work from the office approximately three days per week.
