Lead Registered Respiratory Therapist-Respiratory Care

The Lead RRT is responsible for coordinating and providing advanced respiratory care while serving as the on-tour lead or charge therapist. This includes ensuring that work is distributed among respiratory staff in accordance with established workflow, patient acuity, and job specialization; assuring timely accomplishment of the assigned workload; assessing the status, quality, and progress of work; and making day-to-day adjustments in accordance with established priorities.
