About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior/Lead Android Developer
to lead our team in developing cutting-edge mobile applications.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android development and be well-versed in the latest technologies and best practices.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

Responsibilities@@/HD@@
• Design and develop high-quality Android applications using the latest technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough code reviews and testing
• Maintain code integrity, organization, and documentation
Requirements
• Proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK
• Background in using standard Android libraries like Retrofit and Glide
• Skills in implementing architectural patterns like MVP and MVVM
• Knowledge of Android architecture components (optional)
• Understanding of animations, custom views, transitions, and complex layouts
• Familiarity with RxJava2 and mobile database solutions like Realm and Room (optional)
• Capability to adjust CI/CD pipelines using Bitrise (nice to have)
• Competency in refactoring and conducting code reviews (nice to have)
