Brand Marketing & IMX Execution

@@HD@@ • Lead brand marketing planning and execution@@/HD@@ across communications, promotions, and experiences. • Own the brand marketing calendar, including products, packaging, communications, and promotional activities. • Work closely with the

IMX team and Coffee Content partners

to deliver integrated, culturally relevant campaigns across media, digital, social, and in-market touchpoints.

Portfolio & Innovation Collaboration

@@HD@@ • Manage the Coffee portfolio strategy@@/HD@@ , including maintenance and expansion, in close collaboration with the Innovation team. • Provide strong brand input into innovation projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer needs.

Commercial & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, and Bottling teams to ensure strong

commercial execution

and system alignment. • Contribute to joint business planning and in-market activation with bottling partners. • Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across the Korea organization to deliver brand objectives.

Performance Management & Insights

@@HD@@ • Lead brand performance diagnosis and analysis@@/HD@@ , incorporating consumer insights, market trends, competitive landscape, channels, and customer dynamics. • Track day-to-day performance across sales volume, revenue, profit, and brand health metrics. • Commission and leverage brand and consumer research to inform decisions and optimize plans.

Qualifications & Requirements
