Senior Outbound Transportation Buyer - NIKE, Inc. - Beaverton, OR.
Negotiate favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers and prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services and supplies for customer-related business processes; oversee the development and execution of sourcing strategies based on best practices; integrate and communicate moderately complex information to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter; act as a resource to teammates; work independently with review at critical points; and utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems and navigate solutions. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Employer will accept a degree Master's in Business Management or Supply Chain Management and two (2) year of experience in the job offered or in a business-related occupation.
