Attorney (Employment Law) - Security Division

The Employment Law Unit in the FBI's Office of General Counsel provides legal guidance and represents the FBI in personnel-related litigation matters. This posting is for an attorney position embedded in the FBI's Security Division. The incumbent will provide legal advice to FBI supervisors and executives on a variety of security related matters, including, but not limited to, security investigations, security clearance denials, suspensions, and revocations. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be able to obtain a Top-Secret/SCI clearance. Selectee may be required to complete form FD-887, Request for Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Selectee may be required to complete a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450 annually.
