I'm an early-career Life Sciences and Data Operations professional with 1.5+ years of experience in healthcare data management, medical imaging, quality control, and technical workflow coordination.

Most recently, as a Junior Executive at the Sudha Gopalakrishnan Brain Centre, IIT Madras, I worked with complex 3T brain MRI and histopathology datasets, supporting standardised workflows for data verification, DICOM handling, image processing, annotation, segmentation, and structural brain analysis.

My experience includes:

• Managing and verifying medical imaging datasets and associated metadata
• Coordinating annotation workflows and reviewing outputs for quality and consistency
• Maintaining research databases, tracking records, and documentation
• Performing image QC and identifying data discrepancies for resolution
• Supporting the preparation of high-quality datasets for AI-assisted research
• Working with tools including RadiAnt, 3D Slicer, ITK-SNAP, QuPath, FreeSurfer, MeshLab, and ImageJ/Fiji

With a B.Tech in Biotechnology and hands-on experience in healthcare data and medical imaging, I bring a combination of life-sciences understanding and technical data-operations experience. I'm particularly interested in roles that emphasise structured workflows, data quality, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
