Ebonae Thurman

I'm a property management professional with 8+ years of experience, including 4 years specializing in commercial real estate. I started my career in residential property management before making the transition into commercial, and I can genuinely say I've found the side of the industry I enjoy most.

I'm a people person at heart, and one of the things I enjoy most about property management is building relationships while still handling all the moving pieces behind the scenes. My experience includes tenant relations, building operations, vendor and contractor management, AP/AR, contracts and RFPs, budgeting, CAM, financial reporting, inspections, project coordination and working closely with engineering and ownership teams.

I've also had the opportunity to support multiple properties and projects at once, which has taught me how to prioritize, communicate clearly, problem-solve and make sure things actually get done.

As I continue growing in commercial real estate, my goal is to take on more ownership and responsibility while continuing to expand my experience across different asset classes. I'm also working toward my PMP certification through PMI - slowly but surely - as part of my continued professional development.

I enjoy what I do, I enjoy working with people, and I'm always looking for opportunities to learn something new and become better at what I do.
